Ensuring people with mental health issues receive proper support and treatment is not just an American problem, it is an international problem. The Global Psychiatry Program at MGH uses a bidirectional, culturally sensitive approach to build capacity, conduct research, and provide technical assistance to reduce the tremendous burden that psychiatric-related and neurological diseases present worldwide.
